Prediabetes Reset

Prediabetes · 4 weeks

Understand what an elevated A1c actually means, then use meal order, fiber and post-meal movement to bring numbers down — the same levers used in the Diabetes Prevention Program.

Education only — keep taking any medicine as prescribed and review changes with your clinician.

Curriculum

Week 1 · See your numbers

Learn what prediabetes is and start logging honestly.

Week 2 · Flatten the spike

Change how a meal hits your bloodstream.

Week 3 · Build the plate

Protein and fiber become automatic.

Week 4 · Make it permanent

Lock in a prevention plan you can keep.

When to contact a clinician

  • Fasting glucose repeatedly above 126 mg/dL or A1c 6.5% or higher
  • Unexplained weight loss, excessive thirst or frequent urination
  • Blurred vision, numbness or tingling in the feet

If you have symptoms of an emergency, call your local emergency number instead of using this app.
