All traffic between your device and our backend uses HTTPS/TLS. Sensitive data never travels unencrypted.

Your data is stored in a backend that enforces row-level access controls, so only you can access your records.

We do not sell your health data or use it for advertising. We process data only to provide the service and improve it.

What we protect

Account data: email address, hashed password, and sign-in activity.
Health data: meal photos, calorie/macro entries, weight, body measurements, water, steps, and GLP-1 logs.
Payment data: handled by Stripe, our Merchant of Record. We do not store your full card number.
Usage data: feature usage, error reports, and device type for product improvement and security.

Use a strong, unique password for your Syndova Health account.
Keep your device and operating system up to date.
Do not share your account credentials with others.
Review your account data from the Account page and delete anything you no longer want to keep.
