These Terms govern your use of Syndova Health (the "Service"), provided by Syndova Health, a brand owned and operated by Syndova Group ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be of legal age or have authority to bind your organization.
You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited activity includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringement of intellectual property, security interference (malware, probing, scraping), and using AI outputs for medical, financial, or legal decisions without qualified professional review.
We retain ownership of the Service and all associated IP (software, documentation, branding). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. No reverse engineering, resale, or circumvention of technical limits.
You retain ownership of the food photos, weight entries and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the Service.
Calorie estimates, macros, glycemic scores, and meal plans generated by the Service are informational only and may be inaccurate. They are not medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. Verify outputs before making health decisions and consult a qualified professional.
Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders and handles payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. Your bank or card statement may show a descriptor such as LINK.COM* Syndova Health. Billing-related inquiries are handled by Stripe; product support is handled by us at support@syndovahealth.com.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill) except where prohibited by law.
