Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (the Merchant of Record for all our sales). To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used for purchase.
• Or email us at support@syndovahealth.com and we will help arrange the refund.

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

The 14-day free trial does not require a payment method; you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
